Products ordered to Australian addresses are typically fulfilled in 1-2 business days and delivered in 5 business days.

However, during periods of heavy parcel volumes on the Australia Post network (for example, Valentine's Day, EOFY or Black Friday), we advise that you should expect delivery timelines of 5-10 business days for your orders.

Please note that once a product is shipped, we are unable to take responsibility for any issues with delivery (for example, inputting the wrong address or not indicating a safe place to leave your parcel); so if you have any concerns, reach out to our customer support via hey@itsnormal.com early!

If you have any issues, use the tracking code you received via email when your order was fulfilled to check on the progress of your parcel with your country's shipping provider.

Your tracking number from Australia Post will be sent out once your order has been fulfilled, so you can keep track of your order's progress there.

We've just begun shipping a selection of our toys to locations in the USA.

Products ordered to US addresses are typically fulfilled in 1-2 business days and delivered in 5 business days. However, during periods of heavy parcel volumes on the Australia Post network (for example, Valentine's Day and Black Friday), we advise that you should expect delivery timelines of 5-10 business days for your orders.

If you're outside of Australia and the US, send us an email to let us know that you want Normal in your country via hey@itsnormal.com - and we'll let you know when we launch there.

All orders arrive in discreet, unmarked, padded recycled mailer bags (so you can focus on good vibes, stress-free).

Lube is highly recommended any time you use a vibe, as is cleaning your product every time you use it (you can use warm soapy water, or a cleaning spray like ours, or both!).

If you'd like to add a lube and cleaning spray, via our Toy Care Essentials, you can do add these when you add your product to your shopping cart and check out.

All of our vibes are made from non-reactive, non-porous body-safe silicone, and free from all the nasties (phthalates, PVC, vinyl, jelly rubber, TPR/TPE & latex).

We ship our whole range Australia-wide, including Cheek, with products ordered to Australian addresses fulfilled in 1-2 business days and delivered in 5 business days.

United States

We currently ship a selection of other vibes and vibe-only bundles to customers in the United States, but we do not yet ship Cheek to the United States.

Wash the Cheek vibe thoroughly with warm soapy water and/or a specialised toy cleaning spray like ours after every use.

Store it somewhere dry and clean.

It’s also a good idea to wash the toys before you use them again, just to make sure they’re all squeaky clean, body safe and to keep everything in great condition (including you!).
