TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Open to eligible entrants aged 18+ in participating countries (Australia, United States, United Kingdom, New Zealand and Canada). 

  • Giveaway opens 12:01AM 21 September 2026 and closes 11:59PM 4 October 2026. 

  • To enter, participants must complete at least one entry action. Additional actions earn extra Mae Miles, with every 100 miles = one additional entry into the prize draw.

  • Entrants may earn multiple entries by completing eligible actions during the promotional period. Entries must be completed legitimately and may be verified before prizes are awarded.

  • 51 winners will be selected in total:

    • 1 × First Class Grand Prize

    • 5 × Business Class prizes

    • 20 × Frequent Flyer prizes

    • 25 × Boarding Pass prizes

  • Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries and contacted via the email address or social media account provided at entry.

  • Winners must respond within 5 days of being contacted. If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible or does not claim their prize within the required period, Normal reserves the right to select another winner.

  • Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash, except where required by law. Specific colours, products, travel providers and other prize components are subject to availability and may be substituted with an item of equal or greater value where necessary.

  • Travel credit is subject to the applicable provider’s booking conditions, availability, blackout periods and any expiry dates. Any costs not expressly included in the prize are the winner’s responsibility.

  • The 1,000-mile guaranteed reward is separate from the prize draw and is available to eligible entrants who reach the required milestone, subject to the specific reward terms communicated at the time.

  • Automated entries, fake accounts, fraudulent referrals, duplicate identities or other attempts to manipulate the promotion may result in disqualification.

  • By entering, participants agree to receive communications relating to the giveaway. Any optional marketing consent will be handled in accordance with Normal’s Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.
