- For orders of $100 AUD and over, shipping is free.
- For orders of $250 AUD and over, express shipping is free.
- For orders under $100 AUD, there is a flat shipping rate of $15 AUD.
- We typically fulfil within 1-2 business days, and our orders are delivered within 5 business days by Australia Post. During promotional periods where heavy volumes are being processed by the delivery network (e.g. Christmas, Valentine's Day), we advise to expect delivery within 5-10 business days of placing your order.
- You will be emailed an Australia Post tracking number you can use to check the status of your order once it is fulfilled by our warehouse.

- Please take care when entering your delivery details - unfortunately, once a product is shipped we are unable to take responsibility for any issues with delivery (for example, inputting the wrong address or not indicating a safe place to leave your parcel).
