Shipping Policy
Australian Shipping
- For orders of $100 and over, shipping is free.
- For orders under $100, there is a flat shipping rate of $10.
- Express shipping is available for an additional fee of $10.
- We typically fulfil within 1-2 business days, and our orders are delivered within 5 business days by Australia Post. You will be emailed an Australia Post tracking number you can use to check the status of your order once it is fulfilled by our warehouse.

- A $10 redelivery fee will apply for the following reasons:
- Entering an incorrect address at checkout, causing your order to be sent back to us.
- Not picking up your item from the post office or courier depot, causing your order to be sent back to us.
Shipping outside of Australia
- Outside of Australia, Normal currently ships certain products (toys and toy-only bundles) within the United States of America from our facility in California.
- For US customers:

- We typically fulfil within 1-2 business days, and our orders are delivered within 5 business days. You will be emailed a tracking number by our delivery provider you can use to check the status of your order once it is fulfilled by our warehouse.
- Please take care when entering your delivery details - unfortunately, once a product is shipped we are unable to take responsibility for any issues with delivery (for example, inputting the wrong address or not indicating a safe place to leave your parcel). You can use the tracking code you received via email when your order was fulfilled to check on the progress of your parcel with your country's shipping provider.

- Please note that postage costs associated with warranty claims will be covered by Normal, while any postage costs to use our 100 Night Stand returns policy (to exchange a toy for store credit within 100 days) must be covered by customers.
