What do I receive with Glow?

Your Glow arrives in beauty-themed packaging, with a USB charging cable, simple storage bag and a quick-start guide to everything you need to know.

Is Glow delivered discreetly?

Glow arrives in an unmarked recyclable box or mailer bag. Once you open your delivery, you'll find beauty-themed packaging and a complimentary storage bag.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are typically fulfilled by our team with 1-2 business days, with delivery within 5 business days within Australia and the United States.

If you purchased during the launch pre-order period, stock lands at our warehouse on November 25 and orders will be sent out in the order in which they were received - so expect yours to be with you by December 5 at latest.

What is the shipping policy?

Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100.

Standard Shipping (2-5 business days): $10.

Express Shipping (2-5 business days): $15.

What are Normal’s returns & warranty policies?

We think life is too short for vibe regrets! If you don't love your vibe for any reason, contact us within 100 nights to return it for store credit equivalent to the purchase price. Our team can even help recommend you something else to ensure you find a perfect match.

You also have a one-year warranty for any issues affecting the function of the product (excluding those which may be the result of non-recommended use). You can find more information here.

Should I also buy essentials like lube & cleaning spray?

Lube is highly recommended when using any toy, especially for internal stimulation, as is cleaning your product every time you use it (you can use warm soapy water, or a cleaning spray, or both!).

If you'd like to add our recommended lube and specialised toy cleaning spray, via our Toy Care Essentials, you can do add these when you add your product to your shopping cart and check out.

How should I clean my vibe?

We recommend using either a cleaning spray designed for sex vibes (like this cleaning spray), or warm water and a mild soap on the external surfaces of the toy.
