  • You may unsubscribe from emails using the unsubscribe link.

  • You may complete an optional survey about your preferences.
  • This may include sensitive personal information handled under our privacy policy.
  • You can still purchase without completing the survey.

18. 100 Night Stand credit policy

  • If you are not satisfied with your first purchase, contact us within 100 days at hey@itsnormal.com.
  • We may provide a return label where appropriate.
  • Store credit will be issued within 5 business days.

19. Warranty

  • If your product has a functional fault within one year:
    • email us with proof of purchase and issue details;
    • we will assess your request; and
    • if approved, we will replace or refund the product.
  • Warranty does not cover:
    • normal wear and tear;
    • misuse or accidental damage;
    • unauthorised modifications; or
    • claims made after one year.
