Together they bring you SCULPT YOUR SEXUAL ENERGY – an online mediation and movement workshop that will take the lull out of your libido and amplify your arousal.

• This workshop is centred around breath and burn.
• Georgia will guide you through breath-focused meditations to bring you out of the analytical mind and into your body.
• Once you are centred and receptive to the subtlest of sensations, Nicole and Sascha will take you through a sensual yet dynamic Pilates flow incorporating pelvic tilts, spinal articulation and chest expansion – building heat through your entire body and energising your erogenous zones.
• This workshop will leave you feeling supple, strong and sexy. It could be the best you’ve ever had ;)
