When Should I See A Professional About Body Image?

When Should I See A Professional About Body Image?

This guide is part of the Body Confidence Course, a free video series where acclaimed sex coach Georgia Grace and psychologist Rashida Dungarwalla share the insights and exercises they use to help their clients build more body confidence every day.

We really strongly believe that the information and exercises contained in this guide can be super useful in understanding what body confidence is, how it affects us, and how we can work to increase our confidence and acceptance of ourselves.

However, we also believe that it can be really useful to speak to a professional, such as a therapist, psychologist, or even just your GP, if we find ourselves feeling really stressed, down, or unhappy.

If you find that your thoughts about your body are taking up a lot of your day, affecting how you live your daily life, or making you feel really upset or sad, please reach out to a mental health professional. You deserve support, encouragement, and help.

We recommend speaking to your GP, or calling one of the below numbers for some immediate support.
