If you have any issues, use the tracking code you received via email when your order was fulfilled to check on the progress of your parcel with your country's shipping provider.

Your tracking number from Australia Post will be sent out once your order has been fulfilled, so you can keep track of your order's progress there.

If you're outside of Australia and the US, send us an email to let us know that you want Normal in your country via hey@itsnormal.com - and we'll let you know when we launch there.

Lube is highly recommended when using any toy, especially for internal stimulation, as is cleaning your product every time you use it (you can use warm soapy water, or a cleaning spray, or both!).

If you'd like to add our recommended lube and specialised toy cleaning spray, via our Toy Care Essentials, you can do add these when you add your product to your shopping cart and check out.
