Shipping policy

Australian Shipping

  • Enjoy free shipping on orders over $100 AUD. 
  • For orders under $100 AUD, there is a flat shipping rate of $15 AUD.
  • Express shipping is available on orders of any value for $20 AUD.
  • We typically fulfil within 1-2 business days, and our orders are delivered within 5 business days by  Australia Post. You will be emailed an Australia Post tracking number you can use to check the status of your order once it is fulfilled.
  • A $10 redelivery fee will apply for the following reasons:
    • Entering an incorrect address at checkout, causing your order to be sent back to us.
    • Not picking up your item from the post office or courier depot, causing your order to be sent back to us.

International Shipping

  • Normal also currently ships to the United States. 
  • For orders of $100 USD and over, shipping is free.
  • For orders under $100 USD, there is a flat shipping rate of $15 USD.
  • Express shipping is available on orders of any value for $20 USD.
