Is Glow delivered discreetly?

Glow arrives in an unmarked recyclable box or mailer bag. Once you open your delivery, you'll find beauty-themed packaging and a complimentary storage bag.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are typically fulfilled by our team with 1-2 business days, with delivery within 5 business days within Australia and the United States.

If you purchased during the launch pre-order period, stock lands at our warehouse on November 25 and orders will be sent out in the order in which they were received - so expect yours to be with you by December 5 at latest.

What is the shipping policy?

Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100.

Standard Shipping (2-5 business days): $10.

Express Shipping (2-5 business days): $15.

What's in the Rub Me body oil, and how should I use it?

What's inside

Organic, vegan & naturally scented.
Almond oil, sweet orange oil, patchouli oil, grapeseed oil, mct oil, sunflower oil, silica.

Usage

Use for massage, as a bath oil, or rub in for all-day hydration.
Avoid sensitive skin & internal areas (think of me as foreplay, not the main course).

Where does Normal ship sex essentials to?

We ship our sex essentials from our facility in Melbourne to all locations in Australia. Currently we do not ship this product overseas.

Does the 100 Night Trial Policy apply to sex essentials?
