How to use Billie
As with all sex toys, you'll have the best experience by warming up your body with less sensitive erogenous zones first, then moving to more sensitive areas like the clitoris, vulva, perineum and anus - whatever you like! Glow arrives in an unmarked recyclable box or mailer bag. Once you open your delivery, you'll find beauty-themed packaging and a complimentary storage bag.

Orders are typically fulfilled by our team with 1-2 business days, with delivery within 5 business days within Australia and the United States.

If you purchased during the launch pre-order period, stock lands at our warehouse on November 25 and orders will be sent out in the order in which they were received - so expect yours to be with you by December 5 at latest.

Please note that once a product is shipped, we are unable to take responsibility for any issues with delivery (for example, inputting the wrong address or not indicating a safe place to leave your parcel); so if you have any concerns, reach out to our customer support via hey@itsnormal.com early!

If you have any issues, use the tracking code you received via email when your order was fulfilled to check on the progress of your parcel with your country's shipping provider.

Your tracking number from Australia Post will be sent out once your order has been fulfilled, so you can keep track of your order's progress there.
