Your Glow arrives in beauty-themed packaging, with a USB charging cable, simple storage bag and a quick-start guide to everything you need to know.

Glow arrives in an unmarked recyclable box or mailer bag. Once you open your delivery, you'll find beauty-themed packaging and a complimentary storage bag.

Orders are typically fulfilled by our team with 1-2 business days, with delivery within 5 business days within Australia and the United States.

If you purchased during the launch pre-order period, stock lands at our warehouse on November 25 and orders will be sent out in the order in which they were received - so expect yours to be with you by December 5 at latest.

Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100.

Standard Shipping (2-5 business days): $10.

Express Shipping (2-5 business days): $15.

We ship our whole range Australia-wide.

United States

We currently ship a selection of our toys and toy-only bundles to customers in the United States. You can find all of the details of what to expect in this shipping policy, which we recommend checking out before you order.

All orders arrive in discreet, unmarked, padded recycled packaging (so you can focus on good vibes, stress-free).

AUSTRALIA

Products ordered to Australian addresses are typically fulfilled in 1-2 business days and delivered in 5 business days. However, during periods of heavy parcel volumes on the Australia Post network (for example, Valentine's Day, EOFY or Black Friday), we advise that you should expect delivery timelines of 5-10 business days for your orders.

Please note that once a product is shipped, we are unable to take responsibility for any issues with delivery (for example, inputting the wrong address or not indicating a safe place to leave your parcel); so if you have any concerns, reach out to our customer support via hey@itsnormal.com early!

If you have any issues, use the tracking code you received via email when your order was fulfilled to check on the progress of your parcel with your country's shipping provider.

Your tracking number from Australia Post will be sent out once your order has been fulfilled, so you can keep track of your order's progress there.
