Australian customers:

Usually orders received by Normal are fulfilled within 1-2 business days and delivered within 1-5 business days.

However, there can be short additional delays during heavy shopping periods like EOFY, due to a heavy volumes of deliveries on Australia Post & moving stock from our storage to fulfilment facilities.

For this reason, we're advising that orders placed within the EOFY period will be delivered within 5-10 business days (and we'll proactively reach out to let you know if there are any unanticipated delays beyond this point).

Your tracking number from Australia Post will be sent out once your order has been fulfilled, so you can keep track of your order's progress there.

Yes. Your purchase will be billed discreetly as a purchase from 'Normal Wellness'.

Your product will arrive in a sealed, biodegradable mailer bag, with no logo or markings indicating that it is from Normal.

If a product is on this page, it will be eligible for the EOFY sale - just use the code EOFY at checkout to apply your 60% discount to all the eligible items in your cart.
